Susie Kalen is a legal operations and AI strategy consultant who has worked with enterprise teams at Lego, Amazon, ABB, and Unilever. She advises on AI governance framework design, agentic AI adoption, and workflow implementation across the USA, UK, and GCC.

Susie Kalen has spent fifteen years at the intersection of legal practice and operational technology — in private practice, in-house, and as a consultant across Europe and the Middle East. She has worked with enterprise organisations including Lego, Amazon, ABB, and Unilever on AI governance framework design, workflow audit and automation, and agentic AI adoption. She founded Legal Advice Me, holds an MoU with the UAE Ministry of Justice, received a grant from The Hague Institute for Innovation of Law (HiiL), co-authored a textbook published by Edinburgh University Press, and has taught at Middlesex University and DIFC Academy. She is US Content and Strategy Director at LegalTechTalk.
